OK, you are an incredible cupcake maker!!... now I have to beg you to plese pass on your secret of a perfect frosting. I'm a disaster with frosting. I've bought all the necessary equipment: Pastry bag (the good stainless kind)and I still canno't come up with a good frosting....

hey,i came across your blog while i was just surfing around cupcake websites looking for recipes.i do find your cupcake decos incredible and some of them are "wow" i mean how can some one do such a thing - atleast not me.For your information,i'v only baked cupcakes with my good friend twice or thrice and it's a very basic one.But i do have a huge interest in cupcakes,don't know why - maybe because they are cute.I ordered them for my 16th birthday , prefered them than a cake =D.I know nothing bout the frostings and etc . I tried going for classes , but because i'm still a schooling student so i don't have the time. so i am really hoping that you can give me some tips on deco.

Wow! Your cupcakes are beautiful! I just had a quick question that I'm hoping you can answer. It looks like most of your "decorations" are made of fondant. Correct? How do you shape your flowers? Do you use a press/mold/cutter or are they all free hand?
