a french inspired dummy cake which went over a buttercream cake, i was away during Hannahs birthday and iv been doing her cakes from her first birthday so we came up with this idea and Nouvelle cuisine Basheera created a gorgeous buttercream ruffle cake which this sat on top. Nesha was thrilled with the end result please see our facebook page for more pics of these and other cakes and goodies.

up in the clouds hot air balloon topper cake was supplied by client i just placed the topper and clouds on a ribbon was added to base to neaten it off!
